    WELCOME! I love your card! I'm always worried about using patterned paper, b/c I thought it would be too busy...but you have worked it out fine!     Cute card! Did you use glitter paper as the base of the party hat? If so, did you use the regular Cricut blade? julieodil at charter dot net.
